The memorandum was signed by Dr. Jeremy C.M. Kung, CEO of Helex, and Ms. Lim Sook Yen, CEO of Emeans Education. The signing ceremony was gracefully witnessed by Mr. Tan Tit Wei, Chief Strategy Officer of Emeans Education Group and Principal of Emeans Preschool, along with esteemed guest Madam Sally Ng Chit Peng. Madam Ng is not only the Chairperson of the Penang Kindergarten Teachers Association (槟州幼儿园教师公会) but also serves as the Chairperson of the National Kindergarten Teachers Association of Malaysia (全国幼教公会).
